Students with disabilities who are on an Individual Education Program receive specially designed instruction to reach their transition goals. Teachers collaborate and work in the classroom to facilitate and provide successful student learning.Students with disabilities who are on an Individual Education Program receive specially designed instruction to reach their transition goals. Collaboration with students, parents/guardians, administration, general education staff and numerous community agencies is an important component. Teachers team with general education staff and provide in-class student support. Students will be held to general education requirements unless the Individual Education/Transition Program specifies designed graduation requirements.
